Let’s make hot and spicy radish parathas (Mooli ka paratha), which looks very tasty and can be made easily.

These healthy Radish Parathas can be eaten with curd, tomato sauce, or any chutney. Either way, they are super tasty.

For Mooli Ka Paratha
  • Radish, 4
  • Peas, 1/2 bowl
  • Oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili powder, 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder, 1/2 a tsp
  • Coriander powder, 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds, 1/2 a teaspoon
  • Rye, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chili + Garlic paste, 2 teaspoons
  • Garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mango powder, 1 spoon
  • Asafetida, 1 pinch
  • Garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fennel powder, 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, 2 tsp
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Ghee (Oil or butter), to apply on top of the paratha


For making Mooli Ka Paratha
  1. First, wash and peel the radish thoroughly.

  3. After peeling, grate it and drain it.

  5. Then put oil in the pan, and add mustard seeds, green chilli garlic paste.

  7. And we will also put grated radish, now we will cook for 4-5 minutes.

  9. After that all the dry spices will also be put in. Now mix it and cook it for 8-10 minutes.

  11. After blowing all its water, add two spoons of gram flour to it so that there is no water in it at all.

  13. Roast it for another 4-5 minutes. Now add green coriander and turn off the gas.

  15. Your radish masala is ready to be filled in the paratha.

  17. Now, we will make dough. Make the dough from flour and roll it round, and keep a little stuffing in it. Close the paratha gradually.

  19. After closing, with the help of rolling pin, slowly roll.

  21. Put it on the pan and bake it till the paratha becomes crispy, by applying oil or butter.
