INGREDIENTS

For Making Mini Samosas
  • Maida, 400 Gram
  • Ajwain, 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt, According To Taste
  • Oil, 2 Tablespoons For Moin
  • Water, As Required
For Stuffing
  • Fennel Seeds, 4 Teaspoons
  • Coriander Seeds, 4 Teaspoons
  • Cloves, 3-4
  • Black Pepper, 4-5
  • Gram Flour, 1 Cup
  • Mango Powder, 1 Tsp
  • Black Salt, 1 Tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder, 1 Tsp
  • Dry Ginger, 1 Tsp
  • Salt, As Per Taste
  • Red Chili Powder, 1/2 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder, 1/4 Tsp
  • Sugar Powder, 2-3 Tsp
  • Oil, 1 Tbsp
  • Oil, For Frying Samosas

INSTRUCTIONS:

For making Mini Samosa
  1. Put the pan on the gas and roast the dry spices together to remove their moisture. Roast them for 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture cool down.

  3. Now roast the gram flour in a pan on the gas till it becomes golden. Then leave the gram flour to cool down.

  5. Now take the spices roasted earlier and grind them in the mixer. And then add other powdered spices to it, so that all the spices will become uniform. In the end, put gram flour in it and mix it in the mixer jar.

  7. Now take out the mixture in a vessel and add sugar powder and mix it well. Mix it with some oil. Our sour sweet sour samosa masala is ready.

  9. Now sift all purpose flour. Add ajwain, salt, and oil. Mix it well and after adding a little water, knead the flour and grease it a little with oil and leave it for 10-15 minutes for resting.

  11. After the dough is set, knead it well after making a little dough and cut it into pieces, and make small balls of it and roll it like a puri, then cut it from the middle.

  13. Now fold a piece by hand and give it the shape of a samosa using little water. Then after filling the masala in it, apply some water on its edges, and seal the samosa. Similarly make the rest of the samosas.

  15. For frying, put oil in a pan and fry all the samosas. Fry them on medium flame till they become light golden.

  17. Our very crispy crunchy mini samosas are ready to be served. You can eat these samosas with chai, sauce, or chutney. You can also take it on a trip. They will make your trip more delightful.
