For Mango Ice Cream
Milk - 1 liter full fat
Milk - 1/2 cup chilled
Custard powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Mango pulp - 1/2 cup
Pistachio shavings - 2-3 tsp
Almond shavings - 2 tsp
For making Mango Ice Cream
Put milk in a vessel on the gas to boil. Boil until the milk boils and becomes half in amount and relatively thicker. Keep stirring the milk in between.
Now take half a cup of cold milk in a bowl, add one tablespoon of custard powder and mix it well. Make sure that no lumps should remain in it.
Add sugar to the milk which is boiling on our gas and stir it well. Then in this, we will put the custard powder solution in the milk and cook it for a few minutes. Our mixture has become thick. Now, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
Now add mango pulp to this mixture, and beat the mixture well. This mixture is ready for making ice cream.
To set it, take it in a plastic box, and put pistachio shavings on it and keep it in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours to freeze.
If you have some extra mixture, then we will put it in a small glass or kulfi mold, cover it with foil paper and put an ice cream stick and keep it in the freezer to freeze.
After a few hours our ice cream is ready to eat. To make it look good, take out the kulfi on a serving plate and decorate it with almond shavings. There you have it, your very cool, very tasty Mango Ice Cream. It is ready. Try it and enjoy it.
