INGREDIENTS
For Mango Barfi
- Mangoes, 400 grams
- Sugar, 150 grams
- Milk Powder, 150 grams
- Desiccated Coconut, 150 grams
- Cardamom Powder, 1/2 teaspoon,
- Almond Clippings for garnishing, 1/2 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Mango Barfi
- Wash and peel the mangoes well and cut it into pieces.
- Put it in a mixer jar and grind it.
- Take out the mixture in a pan and cook it for a while keeping it on the gas.
- Now add the sugar as per taste, and stir it for 2-3 minutes till the sugar melts.
- After that, we will add milk powder to it and add a little desiccated coconut and mix it well.
- Add cardamom powder and cook on low flame till it becomes thick. It should be cooked till it becomes solid.
- Take a plate or tray and grease it with ghee and put the mixture in it and spread it flat.
- Then put the almond clipping on top and leave it to set for 2-3 hours.
- Thereafter, Mango Barfi will be cut into desired shape.
- Your soft and delicious Mango Barfi is ready.
