For making Hari Mirchi Ke Tipore
Wash and wipe the green chilies well, and then cut them into small pieces.
To remove extra seeds from chili, put it in water so that all the extra seeds come out. If you like spicy taste, then there is no need to remove the seeds.
Put oil in the pan on the gas. When the oil is hot, add mustard, cumin, chopped garlic and asafoetida and cook till it becomes golden.
Now add chopped onions and fry them lightly. Then filter the pieces of chili which we had put in the water and put them in the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes by stirring it well.
Now add all the dry spices, mix well and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add mango powder and cover it. Cook for a while so that the Hari Mirch Ke tipore becomes soft.
Now add roasted gram flour to it and mix it well. I had roasted the gram flour in advance. Keep stirring it continuously so that our gram flour does not stick to the bottom.
That’s it, Hari Mirchi Ke Tipore is ready! Turn-off the stove and take out these Hari Mirch Ke Tipore in a serving bowl. They have come out to be very tasty.
