INGREDIENTS

For Gud Ki Raab
  • Flour, 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee, 2 tablespoons
  • Jaggery, 1 bowl
  • Dry ginger powder, 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dry fruits = Cashews, almonds, raisins

INSTRUCTIONS:

For making Gud Ki Raab
  1. First of all, we will put a pan on the gas and put 2 tablespoons of ghee in it and 2 tablespoons of flour.

  3. We Will heat it well on low flame.

  5. After the dough turns brown, slowly add hot water to it and keep stirring it. Add water until the mixture becomes very thin.

  7. Then add jaggery to it and stir it well until it boils for 2-3 minutes.

  9. Add dry fruits and dry ginger powder and black pepper powder.

  11. We will stir the mixture for 1 minute and then turn off the gas.

  13. Serve hot
