Milk and Custard powder are the main ingredients which add all the flavors. You can consume it chilled.

INGREDIENTS

For Fruit Custard:
  • 1 kg Full Fat Milk
  • 2 tbsp Custard Powder
  • Sugar as taste
  • 1/2 cup Papaya (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Mango (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate
  • 1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 Spoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Spoon Kevda Essence
  • For Garnishing => Nuts (Almond,Cashew Shavings)

INSTRUCTIONS:

How to make Fruit Custard:
  1. Heat the milk in a pan.

  3. Add sugar and cook until it dissolves.

  5. Add 1/2 cup milk in a bowl and add custard powder in it.

  7. Mix well to make it lump free.

  9. Add Cardamom Powder.

  11. Add custard Powder and cook until the mixture thickens.

  13. Keep stirring continuously.

  15. Remove the pan from the heat.

  17. Add Kevda Essence when mixture cool down.

  21. Add Fruit in the mixture when it cools down completely.

NOTES AND TIPS:

  1. Add fruits only when you are ready to serve the custard.
  2. You can also add some rose water for more flavors.
  3. Only use Full Fat Milk for better taste.
