INGREDIENTS

For Bread Poha:
  • Bread Slices 6
  • Oil 2 Tbsp.
  • Mustard 1/2 spoon.
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon.
  • Hing 1 pinch
  • Green Chili 2 spoon.
  • Chopped onion 2
  • chopped tomato 2
  • Chili powder 1/2 spoon.
  • Coriander Powder 1/2 spoon.
  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 spoon.
  • Fennel Powder 1/2 spoon.
  • Lemon Juice 1 spoon.
For Garnishing:
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Chaat Masala
  • Sev

INSTRUCTIONS:

How to make Bread Poha:
  1. Cut Bread Slices.
  2. Image of the cooking step-1-1 for Bread Poha
  3. Put oil in a Pan and add all ingredients in it and Cook it.
  4. Image of the cooking step-1-2 for Bread Poha
  5. After 2 min. add bread Slices in it and mix well don't cook too much.
  6. Image of the cooking step-1-3 for Bread Poha
  7. Cook it for at least 2 min. and put off the gas.

  9. Garnish with sev, coriander leaves and chopped onion.

  11. Serve Hot.
