INGREDIENTS

For Bhutte ka Halwa:
  • Corn 4-5
  • Ghee 4 Tbsp.
  • Milk 1/2 kg.
  • Sugar 1 Bowl
  • For Garnishing = Cashew, Almonds, Raisins, Pistachio

INSTRUCTIONS:

How to make Bhutte Ka Halwa:
  1. Peel corns and great them with the help of greater.

  3. Blend them in mixture jar.

  5. Put pan on gas and add blended corn along with ghee.

  7. Now continue stir till water fully dry away from mixture it will take at least hour or so.

  11. Stir continues till milk evaporates.

  17. Stir still ghee comes out and stop sticking in the pan.

  1. Put flame on low when stirring.
