For Besan Ke Ladoo
Ghee, 2 tbsp (as required)
Besan (Gram flour), 2 cups
Sugar powder, 1 cup as per taste
Kismis, 2 tsp
Cardamom powder, 1 tsp
Almond shavings, 2-3 tsp
For making Besan Ke Ladoo
Put a pan on the gas and put two spoons of ghee in it and add gram flour to it. Cook it while stirring slowly on a very low flame.
We have to roast the gram flour on low flame and we will keep adding more ghee as needed while roasting.
Bake it till it becomes golden. If after roasting the gram flour oozes out the ghee, then that means that our gram flour is ready.
Now turn off the gas and let it cool down.
After the roasted gram flour cools down, add sugar powder and mix it well.
Add some raisins, cardamom powder and almond shavings and mix everything well with the help of hands.
Now take the mixture little by little and keep giving it the shape of laddus. Repeat the process till all laddus are made.
This way your round and delicious Besan ladoos are ready to be served.
